Web Developer required for Global Delight

Job description

A Front-End Web Developer with 2-4 years of experience in developing professional websites. To work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the website looks as well as how it works.

CTC : Rs 4.50 to 6.00 lacs based on experience. (FP 90% VP 10%)

Responsibilities

  1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  2. Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/JS practices
  3. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  4. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
  5. Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
  6. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Requirements

  1. Proven working experience in web programming
  2. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  3. In depth knowledge on javascript and jQuery.
  4. Hands on experience with responsive and mobile friendly websites using Bootstrap.
  5. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  6. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  7. Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
  8. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
