RECEIVING AND READING MESSAGE
When someone sends you a message, it will appear in your Inbox folder. If you select the Inbox folder in the Folders list, a list of messages you have received will appear in the right side of the window.
- Double-click any message in the list to open and read it.
Once you receive a message, you can do several things with it:
- Reply: This means sending a response back to the person who sent you the message.
- Forward: This means sending the message on to someone else.
- Delete: By deleting old or unneeded message, you keep your Inbox and other folders from getting too full.
